The Speed SHO is a weekly speed & agility class hosted at the COTD Softball House. This class trains athletes for the next level focusing on footwork, strength, & power using college level training to build female athletes & prepare them mentally & physically for the next level.

About the event
At the COTD Softball House, our mission is to build up the youth of San Antonio into Difference Makers that will impact the world and generations after. We build up female athletes in mind, body, spirit, & soul, through training and development to prepare them for the next level and life after. Our facility is a one stop shop with softball training in pitching, catching, hitting, and speed & agility from coaches that have played and coached at the recreational, middle school, high school, select, college, and professional level.Â
Date: Every Tuesday and Friday of the week!Â
Cost: $20.00
Age Group: All ages are welcome!Â
Notes: Come dressed ready to sweat! Bring a towel and water. We are an all turf facility, so no metal cleats please. Training shoes or turf will be the best option!Â
