The Catching SHO is a weekly class geared towards developing the overall catcher. the goal is to train catchers in technique, agility, & skill specific training for any age group. Areas of focus for this class will be framing, blocking, throwing, & arm development.

About the event
At the COTD Softball House, our mission is to build up the youth of San Antonio into Difference Makers that will impact the world and generations after. We build up female athletes in mind, body, spirit, & soul, through training and development to prepare them for the next level and life after. Our facility is a one stop shop with softball training in pitching, catching, hitting, and speed & agility from coaches that have played and coached at the recreational, middle school, high school, select, college, and professional level.

Cost: $30.00 for One Hour Class
Age Group: 10 years old and younger!
Notes: Come dressed ready to sweat! Bring a water and your catchers gear. We are an all turf facility, so no metal cleats please. Training shoes or turf will be the best option!
